The AI Look offers AI-generated visual production services including still imagery, motion content, and brand-directed visuals delivered as part of pre-defined or custom packages.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Final visuals are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use once payment is received in full.
All AI models and assets are developed exclusively for your brand and not reused across clients.
We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality.
Client-provided reference images or content must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing is clearly listed on our website or in custom quotes.
Payment is required in full prior to production.
We use secure third-party payment processors.
Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our full Refund Policy.

Key terms:

Packages are non-refundable once production has started.
Custom, rush, or add-on services are non-refundable.
Refunds are only available if a project is canceled before any work begins.
Dissatisfaction with subjective creative direction is not grounds for a refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate brand references and materials
Review and approve concepts promptly
Communicate revisions or concerns within the agreed timeline

Delays caused by lack of communication may affect turnaround times.

7. Turnaround & Revisions

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days per project size.
Rush delivery is available with an additional fee.
Revisions are limited per package and apply to creative direction, not concept overhaul.

8. Limitations of Liability

The AI Look is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the applicable service.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including breach of terms or unethical behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction.
