At The AI Look, our work is custom, high-touch, and delivered at a premium standard. Because each asset is built specifically for your brand and vision - using a blend of advanced AI tools, creative direction, and post-processing - all purchases are subject to the following refund terms:
1. General Refund Conditions
Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.
Refunds are only available under specific, outlined conditions (see below).
In some cases, credits may be issued toward future packages in place of monetary refunds.
2. Studio, Scene, and Custom Packages
These packages are non-refundable once any production activity has started, including:

Creative direction or planning

Review and setup of reference images
-
AI render generation
-
Post-production editing
If a cancellation request is made before any production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and processing fees (typically 10–15%).
3. Monthly Packages
Monthly retainers are billed upfront and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Clients may cancel upcoming months with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
4. Add-Ons (Motion, Rush, Backgrounds, Custom Features)
All add-ons are non-refundable once work has commenced or been accepted. This includes:

Motion graphics

Background or environment changes
-
Custom model traits
-
Rush delivery fees
Rush fees remain non-refundable even if delays occur due to missing or late client input.
5. Revision Policy
Each package typically includes 1 round of complimentary revisions for minor adjustments (pose, background, lighting, etc.).
Revisions do not include:

Full reshoots or regenerations
-
Major changes to creative concept

Swapping of models, garments, or products after direction is confirmed
Additional revisions beyond your package will incur additional fees as per our Enhancement Suite.
6. Failure to Deliver
If The AI Look fails to deliver the agreed final content due to internal error or inability to complete the project, clients may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on how much of the service was completed at the time of cancellation.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please email info@theailook.com with the following:

A clear description of the issue

Any relevant supporting feedback or attachments
All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–7 business days and handled with fairness and transparency.
