Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VRCHITECTURE STUDIOS LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use The AI Look (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your uploaded images or Outputs to train public, third-party AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We share limited personal information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the Service. These include providers of cloud hosting and database services, file and media storage, AI image and video generation, payment processing, and transactional email. These providers are authorised to use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information. A current list of our key service providers is available on request at info@theailook.com.

4. Imagery Of Individuals

Reference images you upload, and the Outputs you generate, may depict people. The human models offered in the Service are AI-generated synthetic characters and are not real individuals. Where you upload an image of a real, identifiable person, you are responsible for having that person's consent, as set out in our Terms. We process such imagery only to provide the Service to you (to generate and store your Outputs and library) and to screen content for safety. Depending on your location, images of a person's face may be treated as sensitive or biometric information; we handle it accordingly and do not use it to build a facial-recognition database or to train public AI models.

5. Content Safety & Moderation

To keep the Service lawful and safe, and to meet the requirements of our payment processor and applicable law, we use automated tools and, where needed, human review to detect and prevent prohibited content (such as sexual content, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal material). We may retain limited records of blocked or reported content for safety, audit, and legal purposes, and we may preserve, disclose, or report content and account information to law enforcement or relevant safety organisations where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or prevent harm.

6. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union, and the Asia-Pacific region. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account information and content while your account is active. When you delete an image, or your account, we delete the associated files from storage and the related records, subject to limited retention we may be required or permitted to keep for legal, tax, security, or content-safety reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage and delete much of your data directly in your account settings. To make a request, contact us at info@theailook.com.

If you are in the EU/UK, our legal bases for processing include performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests (such as security and improving the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.

If you are a California or other US-state resident, you have rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Business Customers (Data Processing)

If you use the Service on behalf of a business and provide personal information of others (for example, individuals depicted in your reference images), you act as the controller of that information and we act as your processor for it. Business customers requiring a data processing agreement may request one at info@theailook.com.

11. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children; you must be at least 18 to hold an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The children's-apparel models in the Service are AI-generated synthetic characters and are not real children.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.

13. Contact & Complaints

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@theailook.com. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
