These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The AI Look (the "Service"), operated by VRCHITECTURE STUDIOS LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7) and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be on any restricted-party list. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion where required to comply with law, our payment processor, or these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service lets you upload images of products, garments, accessories, or food, and generate AI-created photography and video, including imagery presented on AI-generated synthetic human models, children's-apparel models, and pets. Outputs are produced by automated AI models and may vary in quality. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial with a limited number of credits. Trial features and credit amounts may change. We may withdraw a trial, or limit accounts we reasonably believe are created to abuse the trial.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring, automatically renewing basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.
• Each plan includes a credit allowance. Generating images and video consumes credits. Subscription credits remain available while your subscription is active; separately purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• Cancel anytime. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current period and does not refund unused credits except where required by law.
• Unless explicitly required by applicable law or stated otherwise in these Terms, all payments are final and non-refundable. By requesting immediate access to the Services upon purchase, you consent to the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once performance of the Services has begun. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the limited unused-period exception.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits for that generation are refunded automatically to your balance.
• Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate charge is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of credits, without limiting our other remedies.
• We may change pricing on notice. Continued use after a price change means you accept it.
• You are responsible for any taxes other than taxes on our income.

5. Your Content & Rights You Give Us

You retain ownership of the images and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating Outputs, content-safety screening, and powering your library). You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to upload Your Content and to generate Outputs from it, including rights in any product, brand, logo, design, or artwork shown;
• where Your Content depicts a real, identifiable person, you have that person's written consent to upload their likeness and to generate and use Outputs depicting them; and
• Your Content and your use of Outputs do not and will not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or breach any law.

6. Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the images and video the Service generates from Your Content ("Outputs"), and may use them for your lawful commercial purposes. AI models can produce inaccurate or unexpected results; you are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing or relying on them, and for ensuring your use of Outputs complies with applicable advertising, consumer, and other laws.

Preview cards, example images, and sample scenes shown in the studios (including scenes, looks, models, backgrounds, surfaces, and lighting) are illustrative only. They indicate the intended style, setting, or composition of a shoot and are not a promise of the exact Output. Because each Output is generated afresh, natural variation in the model, product, pose, lighting, framing, color, and other factors means no Output will be an exact replica of any preview card, example image, or previous Output. You should review each Output on its own merits before use.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms and is designed to keep the Service safe and compliant with applicable laws, card-network rules, and our payment processor's requirements (including Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list). You must not use the Service to create, upload, request, store, or distribute content that:

• is sexual, pornographic, or otherwise designed for sexual gratification, whether AI-generated or not. Legitimate apparel photography (including swimwear, activewear, intimates, and lingerie shown as commercial product imagery) is permitted; sexually explicit, nude, or sexualised content is not;
• sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor in any way. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly forbidden, will be removed, the account terminated, and reported to the relevant authorities;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including "deepfakes", or that depicts a public figure, celebrity, or another person in order to mislead, impersonate, or imply endorsement;
• infringes intellectual-property, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, including counterfeiting or passing off another brand's products as your own;
• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or used to create misleading advertising or scams; or
• attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the Service, its safety systems, or its usage limits.

You also agree not to resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted. Breach of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. AI Models, Synthetic Likeness & Real People

The human, child, and pet "models" available in the Service are AI-generated, synthetic characters and do not depict real individuals. You must not upload reference images of a real person (including yourself, employees, or third parties) unless you have that person's consent as described in Section 5, and you must not attempt to recreate the likeness of a specific real or public person. You are responsible for obtaining any model release or consent required for your use of Outputs.

9. Children's Apparel Imagery (Minors)

The Service offers generation of children's and baby apparel imagery for legitimate retail and catalogue use only. All such imagery must be wholesome, fully clothed, and age-appropriate, presented as a children's retailer would advertise it. Generation involving minors is subject to additional automated and human review. Any attempt to produce sexualised, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate imagery involving a minor is a serious breach, will be blocked, and will result in termination and reporting to authorities.

10. Content Moderation & Reporting

To keep the Service safe and compliant, we use automated tools and human review to screen uploads and Outputs, and we may refuse, remove, or limit content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach these Terms. We may preserve and disclose content and account information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect users or the public, including reporting illegal content to law enforcement or relevant safety organisations. 11. Quality Guarantee & Fix Requests

Eligible plans include a "fix request" feature, under which our team will review and re-render flagged Outputs within the service-level target for your plan, where reasonably possible. Fix requests are subject to fair-use limits and apply to quality issues, not to changes of brief.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including, without limitation, payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers (including fal.ai and its underlying providers), cloud hosting, and storage. Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that Outputs will be accurate, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your Outputs, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

16. Copyright & IP Takedown

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice with enough detail to identify the content and your rights to info@theailook.com. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content and may terminate repeat infringers.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, use the Service unlawfully, or to comply with our payment processor or the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

18. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
