How do credits work?+-
Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance that you spend as you create. Images use the fewest credits, with video using more to reflect the extra processing involved. You can top up at any time for extra credits. Your monthly allowance resets each billing cycle, so unused credits do not roll over, and any top-up credits are valid until your next billing date. The exact cost of each option and your live balance are always shown in the app before you generate.
What do I get on the free trial?+-
One free image when you sign up, no card required, and access to browse every studio, scene and model. Trial images download at 2K with a watermark across the image; paid plans download clean, at 2K on Essentials and up to 4K from Starter. Video and re-shoots are not part of the trial.
Do all plans include every studio?+-
Yes. Every paid plan includes all eight studios, every scene type and every model. Plans differ on volume, resolution, how many images you can create at once, video, and advanced features like custom brand models - never on which categories or scenes you can use.
What is the quality guarantee?+-
The human fix guarantee is included on the Growth and Pro plans. If a generated image is not right, submit a fix request and our team reviews and re-shoots it at no cost to your credits - within 48 to 72 hours on Growth or 24 to 48 hours on Pro. On every paid plan you can also re-shoot any image yourself using your credits.
Can I cancel anytime?+-
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel or change them whenever you like from your billing settings.
